  1. 1. Offer on stiftungsapp.ch and application of the Terms of Use

    Stiftungsapp, based in Zurich, registered in the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich, at the postal address Schaffhauserstrasse 92, 8057 Zurich and email address info@stiftungsapp.ch ("Provider") offers a platform for managing applications on stiftungsapp.ch.

    Stiftungsapp is not a medical device.

    These Terms of Use together with the Provider's privacy policy regulate the contractual relationship between the Provider and the customer conclusively. By using Stiftungsapp, the Terms of Use are considered accepted.

    The Provider can change the Terms of Use at any time. The version valid at the time of use applies.

  2. 2. Requirements for use

    Stiftungsapp may only be used by persons who:

    • are at least 18 years old and capable of judgment; and
    • have accepted these Terms of Use.
  3. 3. Duties of the customer and contract processing

    The customer creates a user account on stiftungsapp.ch and accepts these Terms of Use, whereby a binding contract is concluded between the Provider and the customer.

    The customer answers all questions correctly, currently and completely.

    The customer is responsible for the security of their account.

  4. 4. Prices and terms of payment

    The prices current at the time of purchase on stiftungsapp.ch are authoritative.

    The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time.

    The Provider offers various payment options to the customer.

  5. 5. Limitation of warranty and liability

    The Provider ensures high availability of the platform but excludes any warranty to the extent permitted by law.

    Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

  6. 6. Intellectual property

    All rights to the platform and its content belong to the Provider.

  7. 7. Data protection and security

    The Provider's privacy policy applies.

  8. 8. Severability clause, applicable law and place of jurisdiction

    Should individual provisions be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

    Substantive Swiss law applies.

    The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
